Shots taken at the beach the first time I went into Lake Washington.
After swimming and tanning for a while, I went and got some food at McGilvra’s. The Pita Bread was warm and good. The Spinach and Artichoke dip was okay. I think I have had better dip but I have not had better Pita Bread. 
I ordered the beef stew with a side salad. I asked for Ranch but got Honey mustard. Since I have been trying to expand my food choices I kept the Honey mustard. The little slices of hard bread were good with the stew. And I had a slice of caramel cheesecake for dessert. The slices of strawberry alongside were so good. The way the caramel was drizzled onto the strawberries….so good!
After eating, I went and took some more pictures of the beach and the water. I can not believe that this is my first summer coming to this spot. I have been in Seattle way too long and have not taken advantage of the scenery.
Now that I am desperate to get out of Seattle, I am finding all these things that make living in Seattle not so bad.
