A place to throw everything. Sometimes you buy stuff, sometimes you steal stuff, sometimes you need to put your drunk friends in the back. And sometimes you just feel like carrying a couch around to sit on when you are parked somewhere.

A Funny Thing Happened on the way Across Aurora Bridge
A picturesque day standing on the Aurora Bridge in Seattle. I paused here on my walk to take some pictures. The view was so nice that I decided to eat my orange on the bridge. While peeling my orange, some pieces fell off the bridge. After a while, I started walking the rest of the way over the bridge. I had my headphones on so I could not hear much else. 3/4 of the way over the bridge, something made me look over my shoulder. I saw 4 police cars blocking traffic in the near lane.
I thought, “Oh shit, I am going to get busted for dropping orange peel off the bridge.”
A couple of feet later, I look down at my shirt.
I start laughing so hard. Peeing my shorts is a distinct possibility. Distant but distinct. I have to stop walking. I crouch down so I don’t fall down. I realize that the police are holding up traffic. I need to get across the bridge so traffic can get going. I get across the bridge and the lead police car pulls up alongside me.
The Officer, “Are you okay there?”
I say, “ Yes, I am fine.”
“Not suicidal then?”
“No, I was just enjoying the view.”
“Well, we had some calls.”
"Sorry about that. I just like the view.”
Good thing the curb is high. My laughter forced me to the ground while I tried to speak to the Officer. In other words, I fell on my ass.
Looking back at The Police once I was off the bridge.
I felt bad about the traffic hold up.
I am still laughing out loud every time I tell this story.
